    Aerobic exercises such as walking, jogging and cycling, exercise our heart muscle. Aerobic exercise is necessary for heart health. A combination of aerobic exercise and weight training is the best practice to maintain good health and a great looking body.

  • Functional Training

    Functional Training is attractive for the growing number of recreational athletes who frequent our gym. We are seeing more of our members taking part in the popular 5K runs, marathons, distance swimming, Spartan races and so on.
